Rooibos Tea

Rooibos tea also know as "Red Bush Tea" or "African Red Tea" originates from Cederberg Mountains of South Africa. Despite having no connection with traditional black or green tea, rooibos is enjoyed in a similar way, either with or without milk and sugar. 

Rooibos is very low in tannins which makes it a good choice for those who prefer a milder tasting tea or for those who experience digestive problems following the consumption of tannin-rich drinks.

Rooibos is also naturally caffeine free which means you can enjoy it all day long without having to worry about your caffeine intake!
