Sweet Dreams - Organic Herbal Tea Blend 30g

We all love a good night's sleeps so when I was offered a sample of this calming blend I was absolutely over the moon to try it! 

All I can say is WOW all four of these plants work perfectly together to create  a relaxing cuppa that you can enjoy before bed to set yourself up for a fantastic night's sleep.

Ingredients List: fire weed, calendula,  lady's bedstraw and peppermint.
